Jon is passionate about a Safety Culture. He lives & breaths both a love for trees but equally, a love to have our teams go home safely after work. He travels the country teaching Safety at conferences & for the Arboriculture community. His contributions to Arbor Image have taken us to another level.

Koree along with his lovely wife Christa founded Arbor Image in 2010. His love for trees along with growing a scalable business to provide for our team members & their families, as well as serve our clients so they can protect the investments made in their trees & landscapes has been key to Arbor Image longevity.
His passion to help small business owners go from being consumed, stressed out & very often making little profit to joyful, sound minded & hopeful about their future both inside & outside their company, is the pursuit he envisions being his lasting legacy.
Christa along with her husband Koree founded Arbor Image in 2010. Her 20+ years of Business & Leadership development have been key in our strategic planning, internal system development & growing our teams interpersonal skill sets.
A luxury to have on staff for sure. At this point, we are unable to operate without her deep understanding of blending the personalities of each team member together in order to utilize their strengths cohesively for the greater good of the company.
Henry brings the reality to Arbor Image. The leadership in the company believe Jesus Christ is Lord & Savior of the world. It is easy to always be focused on the next dollar & lose sight of an eternal perspective that we all must eventually face.
Henry's love for people & sensitivity to real life issues keep our teams balanced. He meets weekly with our team members to open up dialogue deeper than the surface good we all want others to see, & aims to get real with them. What an honor to have Henry on staff, the value he brings is worth more than any amount of money!

Josh joined Arbor Image in 2022 after owning Zion Tree Service for 12 years. His Leadership over our Production teams has taken the company to it greatest level of professionalism.
Wow! Not too many other words describe Mariano. He outworks all of us., & what an honor to have this man on our team.
Most of our greatest complements received from our clients on Google give praise to the clean up we do after performing messy tree work. Mariano is the reason why this is. He oversees our ground operations on each job he is on, he brings training to the newer team members, not with words, but with his ongoing attention to detail & pace. If we could manufactur the perfect ground Arborist, it'd be Mariano.

Shaun's love for trees compares only to his love for a business operation that runs like a well oiled machine. He brings organization, client satisfaction & implements the mission of Arbor Image every single day.
Jay is the nuts & bolts behind the scenes at Arbor Image. He brings a wealth of skills that keep our trucks & equipment functioning each day. The help he brings in the oversight of our shop, tree nursery or assisting the crews with repairs on jobs are invaluable. In addition, his personality & love for his family are pillars to the younger guys on the team. If you want something done right, give it to Jay.
Jack is a former Gymnast. He has incredible strength & the skill set he is developing as an Arborist is one of a kind. He uses few words to speak, but his actions do most of the speaking for him. He is a multi talented Production Arborist and continually adding to his arsenal of skills.

Jimmy has a gentleness about him that is contagious. As a training MMA fighter you'd never guess it. He brings a calming spirit to the team & as a company the value he brings is 100 fold.
Doug has the gift of making you laugh. He keeps things light & humorous while at the same time taking care of trees. He lights up at the talk of tree care & the equipment used to get the job done. We appreciate his contributions to the team & the impact he makes on the trees our clients entrust to us.
Brian is an asset to Arbor Image. He brings professionalism & a hunger to learn trees that is contagious. The future is bright with the contributions he brings, we are thrilled to have him on our team.
Jordan has gifting in Administrative oversight & organizational skills that keep us organized & accountable at Arbor Image. She brings a perspective outside the normal that allows us to see perspectives that enlarge our capacity & keep us grounded in the realities of day to day business operations. An exceptional person with priorities in life that make us all stand up & pay close attention to. We love having her on board!
