The Arbor Image Story

We founded Arbor Image in 2010 to provide expert tree care to homeowners and businesses in Oklahoma. At that time, the primary offering was our tree health and nutrition services.

Over the past decade, we’ve expanded to offer tree maintenance and tree planting services. In 2021, we acquired Zion Tree Service to expand our tree maintenance capabilities so we could provide the best full-service solutions for homeowners and businesses to help their trees thrive.

Not Your Average Arborists

Arbor Image Is The Only OKC Arborist That Gets To The Root Of The Problem

We dig deep to find the true cause of your trees’ declining health and tailor our treatment to your unique tree species and site. We want you to enjoy more time in a beautiful, vibrant yard and have healthy trees for generations to come.

We only use pesticides and herbicides when absolutely necessary and do so with restraint to minimize the environmental impact. We apply them carefully to avoid contaminating other foliage, bird feeders, dog bowls, swimming pools, or other outdoor features. We don’t upsell and we’ll never rope you into a long-term contract. We’re here to improve your tree health and your well-being by creating a lush outdoor space.

Common Challenges Your Trees Face

And How Our ISA Certified arborists Solve Them
Clay Soil
Oklahoma’s clay soil is hard on some trees. We can amend your soil to better nurture your trees.
Wrong Location
Trees thrive when they’re planted in the right spaces. We help you pick the right species for your planting site.
Pests
Insects and fungus can be a major problem, so we apply the exact sprays that your tree needs.
Overwatering
Adding more water isn’t always what your trees need. We help you achieve the perfect level of hydration.

Trees & Homeowners Love Us!

Here’s What Homeowners Have To Say
“They keep our trees healthy by feeding them, pruning, shaping, checking them and spraying them for issues when they occur, which has been seldom since they are caring for them.”
-  Rebecca G.

“We are using their quarterly maintenance plan because we've had so many plants die these past 2 years with our crazy weather. We can tell they really know trees and shrubs so we're looking forward to these next few years to see our landscape in very capable hands!”

FAQ

Common Questions About Our Services

Why is my tree dying?

There are many reasons a tree’s health may decline, like age, soil health, insects, or overwatering. We can give you a precise answer after inspecting your tree and learning about its care and maintenance history. Then, we’ll create a plan to heal it so it lasts for many more years.

What services do you offer?

We provide consultations, plantings, trimming, removals, stump grinding and much more. We specialize in full plant health care services including disease management, insect control, soil analysis, spray applications, trunk injections and more to enhance overall tree vitality. We also expertly prune your trees for both health and aesthetic benefits.

What seasonal care and maintenance do you provide?

We create full-service, worry-free, year-round tree care plans specific to your property. Since every property is different, there’s not a one-size-fits-all plan, but we often do the following:

WINTER – It’s the season to protect from winter burn, sun scald, and pest hibernation. We do selective pruning to remove dead, diseased, and damaged limbs and inspect to discover issues that may have been hidden by the tree’s foliage over the spring.

SPRING – It’s planting and growing season! Aside from a proper watering regimen and mulching, we focus on curtailing pests, diseases, and fungal growth. There’s a lot to manage including detailed trimming, soil conditioning, deep root feeding, and more.

SUMMER – The season is here to enjoy the benefits your trees provide. We provide care to help your trees endure heat, drought, disease, and more.

FALL – It’s time for plantings and season-ending preparation including feeding, mulching, soil treatments, pest deterrents, disease prevention, and more.

Do you haul away debris and trimmings from the job?

Yes! Every job includes a complete property cleanup of all debris, wood chips, twigs, branches, etc., generated by the work we do. If you have any extra brush piles, wood stacks or other debris to be removed, we may be able to haul it away for an extra fee. Please bring this to our attention during the quoting process for the best pricing.

Will you cut and stack removed trees for firewood?

Most likely! If you have trees that need to be removed, and you would like to have the tree processed for firewood, please let us know before you approve your quote. There may be an extra labor charge depending on the requirements in order to fulfill your request.

Do you work on trees entangled in overhead utility lines?

No, we do not work on trees entangled in utility lines or within 10’ of utility lines.

Can I keep the wood and chips for mulch, landfill, or firewood instead of having them hauled off?

Absolutely! If you’d like to keep the debris from your project, just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Do you sell firewood?

Yes, we do! We offer only seasoned oak firewood to our existing customers on a first-come, first-served basis. Delivery depends on the area and will be priced accordingly. There is a 1 rick minimum order. The wood will be split and cut between 16” – 20” in length and stacked 4’ high x 8’ wide.

Do you plant flowers and shrubs?

No, we do not plant flowers or shrubs. We recommend getting in touch with a landscape company or gardener to work with these types of plantings.
